I am a current student at the University of Waterloo studying Kinesiology! As a designer, I hope to bring more accessible and research-backed solutions to the intersection of technology and social good (like healthcare and sustainability). I always strive to design with empathy and to make a lasting impact.
I love swimming, running, and frisbee. Fun fact: I just did my first triathlon this summer!
I'm a certified lover of fantasy and cute romances and religiously update my Goodreads.
Always searching for new adventures. Currently studying abroad in Paris this fall! 🇫🇷
I've always loved problem solving. From ideating innovative business ideas for DECA on the international stage, to analyzing starts and turns to maximize my performance in the pool. I started my undergrad in Biomedical Engineering, where I enjoyed and cherished every step of the engineering design process & working with real users. In second year, I transferred to the University of Waterloo to open up more opportunities for myself in tech and in my career.
I am a firm believer in leveraging data and research to make design choices. What reason do we have to make a change? Are there user complaints or pain points in the journey? At times, we can get sidetracked with small details, but to me, it's always important to consider what we are really accomplishing for the user and why.
